that she (a new nurse) lost 4 people in one week, and two are hanging by a thread. Her friends and family tried to comfort her by telling her that they were in a better place or that God was waiting for them- but how do they know? I think it is the belief that most/all will enter the Kingdom of God.
It is my urge to confront this in hopes that good may come of it... but how?.....................
I did respont to her post, telling her: while we hope all people will go to heaven, the only way to know is if they've accepted Christ as their Savior- and that the best way to feel better about it is to pray for their safety, their acceptance of Christ, and peace for both them and herself. She emailed me to tell me she took what I had said "to heart" and is praying.
